23rd January, 2004Honda Australia Reduces Jazz GLi PricesHonda is reducing the cost of its entry-level Jazz GLi by $1,000!The 1.3-litre Jazz GLi now starts at $15,990 with manual transmission and $17,990 with automatic transmission. “Quality Honda motoring has never been so affordable,” said Honda Australia General Manager - Sales Nigel Brownscombe. “It’s a happy start to the year for those who want a quality car at a keen price,” he said. “We’re building the momentum on our record 2003 sales result.” The Jazz GLi is fully equipped, featuring power windows and mirrors, CD-player, ABS brakes, central locking, driver and passenger airbags, engine immobiliser, fuel economy trip-meter and a choice of five-speed manual transmission or CVT auto transmission. The Jazz has zippy performance thanks to Honda’s latest 1.3-litre i-DSI engine with 61kW of power and 119Nm of torque. The new prices are effective from 23rd January 2004.
