FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK

Friends,

The Next Car team is in Western Australia on two road test assignments. Firstly, we're road testing the Magna VR-X AWD and we can say we're greatly impressed by this cars performance and roadability on the plentiful number of unsealed roads in the west. In a weeks time we'll try the new Astra for a few days. Look for these two road tests in coming weeks. The news department will continue, as usual, to update the latest automotive news periodically.

Warm regards,
Stephen Walker

Here's a listing of some of the nation's car clubs.

The Ford Thunderbird went on sale 22nd October, 1954 – starting a legend that would grow with each generation of Thunderbird cars.
