Suzuki Australia Signs on with Assist Australia

Suzuki Australia is proud to announce Assist Australia as its preferred supplier of roadside assistance for the entire Suzuki range.

With an unrivalled reputation for excellence in roadside assistance and associated customer support services for motorists, Assist Australia, a division of the Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd, is owned by auto clubs of Australia: NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RACWA, RAASA and RACT.

Assist Australia will replace Suzuki’s previous roadside assistance programme and will implement a two tier programme which will include complimentary ‘CustomerCare,’ standard on all vehicles in the Suzuki range and ‘CustomerCare Prestige,’ an upgrade option offering motorists additional customer support services.

In addition to providing roadside assistance, Assist Australia are the providers of the new Suzuki Contact Centre, where customers can call with general enquiries, research Suzuki product, order brochures and locate their local dealer.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer our customers these great new services, and we are extremely excited to be working with such a well respected organisation such as Assist Australia who already service over 75% of vehicles sold with roadside assistance in Australia," Suzuki Australia, General Manager- Automobiles, David Le Mottee, said.

Free 3 year roadside assistance is provided with every new Suzuki vehicle purchased with an option to upgrade to the prestige programme for a small additional cost.
