A limited edition Double Overhead Camshaft 2.0 litre Subaru Liberty is now on
sale in Australia, sporting a unique spark yellow colour scheme.
Also available in white, only 200 of the all-wheel drive Liberty 2.0R Limited
Editions are available, with a recommended retail price of $33,990 for the
manual transmission sedan and an additional $2,000 for the automatic sedan.
They feature leather and alcantara seats, tinted glass, 17-inch alloy wheels
and a rear spoiler.
The technologically advanced 2.0 litre DOHC engine produces an impressive 121
Kilowatts of power at 6,800 rpm and 187 Newtonmetres of torque at 3,200 rpm.
The Single Overhead Camshaft 2.0 litre engine previously available on
entry-level Liberty produced 101 kW.
Nick Senior, Managing Director, Subaru Australia, said: “We’re delighted to
be offering a special edition 2.0 litre Liberty at a very competitive price,
given the list of extra specification, which is valued at more than $4,700.
“It is one of a series of special editions that we are introducing in the
first quarter of 2006, including Impreza, Forester and Outback variants.”
