Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), the maker of Subaru
cars, has announced the world premiere of the Subaru BRZ Concept–STI (Subaru Tecnica International) will
take place at the Los Angeles Motor Show in USA from 18th November to 27th November 2011.
The concept car is based on the Subaru BRZ, an all-new rear-wheel drive compact sports car, which is
due to be unveiled in production form at Tokyo Motor Show at the end of the month.
Featuring Subaru’s core technology of the horizontally-opposed Boxer engine, the model has a low
centre of gravity that results in a “pure handling delight,” according to FHI.
STI is Subaru’s performance division.
