Subaru to Show B9 Tribeca in Melbourne |
16th February, 2005 The newest vehicle in Subaru's international line-up, the B9 Tribeca, will make its Australian debut at the Melbourne International Motor Show from 4th-14th March 2005. The new generation crossover vehicle offers an amazing array of cabin configurations, including seven seats. Subaru Australia will be using the show to gauge possible local interest in the largest vehicle yet made by the company. There are no immediate plans for the left-hand drive B9 Tribeca to be exported outside the Americas. However, if a right-hand drive version were to emerge, Subaru Australia would consider the possibility of expanding its existing local line-up of Forester, Impreza, Liberty and Outback. The B9 showcases Subaru's new design direction and draws on the company's aerospace heritage, with its front grille using the theme of an aircraft fuselage and wings. |
