The newest brand of the DaimlerChrysler stable, Smart, is launching its Australian promotional display – the Smart tower, at QV, which is a retail development in Melbourne.

This 12 metre high, 10-tonne galvanised steel sculpture can be set up or dismantled within two hours and consists of an amazing vertical stack of six Smart Fortwo coupes, towering towards the sky.

“Smart is a design brand and the Smart tower communicates the Smart design philosophy very simply”, said Sam Tabart, senior manager advertising.

The Smart tower concept is an Australian take on the towers that are iconic of European Smart dealerships.

QV was specially chosen to launch the Smart tower as its design and values compliment that of the Smart brand.

The Smart tower will be present in QV during the busy Christmas period with its own quirky take on the festive season.
