Renault Australia has announced details of the refreshed Mégane
Coupé-Cabriolet.
There are two models sharing identical mechanical specification, continuing with the proven 2.0-litre
naturally–aspirated four-cylinder engine matched to the slick continuously variable transmission, driving the front
wheels.
The range kicks off with the Dynamique CVT, priced from $38,490*, which makes it one of the most affordable compact
four-seater folding hardtop convertibles available.
The sportier GT-Line model arrives priced at $43,990*.
The new Coupé-Cabriolet models join the refreshed Mégane range in adopting the characterful and bold New Brand
Identity frontal styling, while inside the Dynamic continues to offer a comfortable appearance, with high quality
cloth seat covers.
For the GT-Line, the interior adds red highlights and heated, leather seats.
Both cars are very well equipped as standard, starting with a power-operated hardtop that folds quickly into the boot.
Befitting a European convertible of this quality, the Dynamique provides luxury touches such as automatic lights and
wipers, 17-inch ‘Plenum’ alloy wheels, dual zone climate control, LED daytime running lamps, rear park sensors, cruise
control and speed limiter, front and rear fog lights and Bluetooth connectivity.
To mark out the more overtly sporting GT-Line, 17-inch ‘Celsium’ alloy wheels are fitted, along with R-link Integrated
satellite navigation with touch screen control, a high end Arkamys stereo with 3D sound, as well as keyless entry and
starting.

“The Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet offers exceptional value, style and features for its very affordable starting price,
and is now even more attractive thanks to its adoption of the New Brand Identity, courtesy of Renault’s Senior
Vice-president of Corporate Design, Laurens van den Acker,” says Justin Hocevar, Managing Director of Renault
Australia.
“With the imminent arrival of summer, now is a great time to consider putting the roof down and enjoying the joie
de vivre of open air motoring, all with the added security and sound-proofing of a folding hardtop.”
“With its sharp pricing and good looks the new Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is sure to make a positive impression on
buyers in this segment,” Hocevar says.
The new Renault Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is on sales now at Renault’s 40 dealers across Australia.
