Mitsubishi Motors have confirmed that the next generation Triton ute will
be revealed later this year. It will be released in Australia during 2015.
Some of the styling cues for the new model are said to be influenced by the GR-HEV Concept which was shown at
Switzerland's Geneva Motor Show in 2013 (see accompanying image).
The Mitsubishi Triton (known as L200 in some markets) is sold in 158 countries. The current generation Triton has sold
over 1,100,000 'copies' around the world since its original 2005 release in Thailand.
