2nd January, 2005 Mitsubishi Motors has announced that the prices of its popular Lancer sedans have been reduced from the 1st January. The price reductions are as a result of import tariffs being reduced, and the cost reduction being passed on to consumers. The Lancer sedan price reductions mean that all imported Mitsubishi passenger cars have now been priced in line with the new January ‘05 tariffs, as Colt, Lancer Sportswagon and Grandis prices were all set at post-tariff prices when the cars were launched during 2004.
