The new generation Mazda 2 line-up offers a range of technologies such as MZD Connect, Mazda’s next-generation car
connectivity system.
Available for the first time on Mazda’s smallest model are i-ACTIVSENSE advanced safety features that aid the driver
in recognising and responding to hazards.
Production of new Mazda 2, which has been fully redesigned for the first time in seven years, has begun at Mazda’s
Hofu Plant No. 1 in Yamaguchi, Japan.
Following the Mazda CX-5, Mazda 6 and Mazda 3, the new Mazda 2 is the fourth in Mazda’s line-up of next-generation
models which adopt the range of SKYACTIV Technology and the so called ‘KODO’ design.
With this fourth generation 2, Mazda again offers customers around the world a new interpretation of the sub-compact
car.
