Lexus Australia will add the sporting IS 350 sedan to the
Australian model line-up in late 2010.
Australia will become one of only four countries to receive the powerful IS 350 sedan, joining the
United States, Canada and Japan.
Lexus IS 350 features a quad-cam 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine, matched to a six-speed sequential
transmission, developing 228 kW* of power and 375 Nm* of torque and propelling the IS from standstill to
100 km/h in just 5.6* seconds.
The IS 350 will join the growing IS line which includes the 2.5-litre V6 IS 250 sedan, the 5.0 litre
V8 IS F and the IS 250 convertible.
Lexus chief executive Tony Cramb said the addition of IS 350 had come after a long and intense
negotiation process with Lexus' head office in Japan. "Lexus Australia has always stated that IS 350
would be a welcome addition to the local vehicle line-up and we are very excited about its arrival,"
he said.
"The IS 350 will slot nicely between IS 250 and IS F, further strengthening Lexus' performance
credentials. "IS 350, along with future product from Lexus, will go a long way to solidifying Lexus'
popularity in Australia," Mr Cramb said.

for local vehicles will be confirmed closer to th local launch date.
