It comes in 2 versions - Town or Country editions, offering customers $5,000 of quality extras for just $500. The Town or Country themes offer consumers two distinctly different accessory packs, both available for $500 and valued at $5,000. The DISCOVERY CLASSIC TOWN offers comfort, in-cabin luxury and enhanced interior and exterior style, while the DISCOVERY CLASSIC COUNTRY pays attention to practicality, utility and enhanced touring features. In addition Discovery Classic models are recognized by the distinctive chrome "CLASSIC" badging. Discovery Classic Town & Country models are based on standard specification 04MY Discovery & 04MY Discovery S vehicles and are offered in – Adriatic Blue, Alveston Red, Chawton White, Epsom Green, Java Black, Maya Gold, Zambezi Silver exterior colour with co-ordinated interior trim options.

Land Rover Discovery Town or Country Limited Edition vehicles are available while stocks last. Land Rover Australia are running out their existing Discovery stock in anticipation of the huge demand the all-new Discovery 3 will command when launched into the market in late December 2004. The Land Rover Discovery Classic Town or Country packs will be available from May and offer consumers the chance to add $5,000 value to their vehicle at only $500 cost. The two packs meet the varied needs of Land Rover customers.
