Jeep Wrangler

The already value packed Jeep Wrangler, launched in March 2007, receives more value and due to popular demand, an exciting new option.

With record sales in the past 12 months, the Jeep Wrangler will further stimulate the senses of the adventurous off-road driver with a host of additions to the standard vehicle line-up.

Also new for 2008, is the much anticipated CRD off-road group which can be optioned to any turbo diesel model.

Standard features for the 2008 Jeep Wrangler

- Standard tyre pressure warning lamp
- Standard 17 inch alloy wheels across the entire range
- 2.8L CRD with automatic transmission now has 460 Nm of torque (2.8L CRD with manual transmission remains unchanged at 410 Nm)
- 3.73:1 axle ratio (replaces 4.10) on automatic models
- Unlimited models now receive an 85 litre fuel tank
- New colour added called Detonator Yellow
- Dual Top Standard on Rubicon and Rubicon Unlimited (Rubicon axle ratio remains unchanged)

CRD off-road group

Only available as an option on Diesel models - the CRD off-road group includes extra features to further increase the off-road experience:

Rear axle differential locker
3.73 Axle ratio (Manual and Automatic)
Electronic front sway-bar disconnect
