24th November, 2004 The success of Australia's most popular car range will be reinforced with the sporty new special edition VZ Commodore Lumina sedan and wagon. Holden continues to deliver value and features that customers want, with Lumina sports performance and accessory additions representing more than $5000 in extra value. Based on the VZ Commodore Executive with the advanced new 175kW Alloytec engine, the special edition Lumina includes sports suspension, larger 17-inch alloy wheels and a host of exterior highlights including body colour mouldings, chrome exhaust tip, rear spoilers on sedans and wagon roof racks. Interior appointments include new seat and door trim; leather steering wheel, gear selector and handbrake handle; six-disc in-dash CD and an upgraded 12-function trip computer. Holden Marketing Manager - Passenger Cars, Alan Blazevic, said: "Holden's special edition models have proven immensely popular over the years. The VZ Lumina continues our extensive product and special edition launch programmes offering even more variety to customers." Only 3500 Luminas will be produced and will be available from 1st December 2004.
