Audi Australia has achieved another record for the
month of November – this time breaking through the 600 units per month barrier.
Ending the month with sales of 611 units, November 2006 is the
best-ever result for the company in Australia. This represents a leap of 53
percent compared with November 2005. Cumulatively, Audi is now almost 20 percent up on its November 2005
year-to-date sales result and heading into its final month of sales with an
exceptionally strong outlook. Managing Director, Joerg Hofmann, commented, “After achieving record results
for five consecutive months in a row, we have raised the bar even higher this
month and for the first time ever, have achieved national sales above 600
units.” Audi will launch three new cars before year-end, with the fearless RS 4
Avant, S6 and S8 super cars arriving on Australian shores in mid-December. |
